MUSICAL HISTORY:

I grew up listening to R&B with influences such as Luther Vandross, Johnny Gill, Gerald Lavert, then crossed over to the rock genre and have never looked back. With influences, now, such as Chester, Sully Erna, Dave Grohl, and Forsaken, I bring the pain every chance I get. My thanks goes out to Andrew Lane, Producer, and Jess for getting me started in the industry.

MUSICAL INFLUENCES:

My two biggest influences I would have to say are Chad Sexton from 311 and Carter Beauford from DMB. These two drummers bring so much funk, rock, and jazz all into one with such precision and intricacy. Dave Grohl is an amazing musical talent no matter what band he is in. Other rock out musical influences are RATM, Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, the infamous Led Zeppelin, Tre Cool from Green Day, Incubus, Rancid, Sublime, AC/DC, STP, and always the Beatles.

MUSICAL HISTORY:

I started playing the saxophone in 4th grade and played till I graduated high school. I played everything from classical music, modern jazz, and even marching band style music. I received several awards throughout my high school career playing the sax including the opportunity to play at States and All County 1st and 2nd chair positions. I didn't start showing interest in the drums till about 8th grade when Green Day, Rancid, and Pearl Jam were becoming big musical influences. My younger brother started playing the drums so my parents bought him a set. He quit after about 6 months in so I started jamming on his kit instead of tupperware and have not stopped ever since. I am a self-taught drummer who plays by ear. Throughout the years, I have been a guest drummer for several bands. I joined up with Rio, Ray, and Hector in April of 2008 to form the core of BREECH. We have been through some transformation to find the right ingredients for 10Blade. We finally found Doug and Lloyd in Feb of 2009. We have all played together since and now we have been signed so here we come!

I started playing guitar when I was 13 and my friends followed to suit, including Lloyd. I played in a band called Silence the Myth from 2006-2008 and we opened for bands such as the Misfits. I joined up with BREECH in Feb of 2009 and we just changed our name to 10Blade in July of 2011.

MUSICAL HISTORY:

I started teaching myself guitar when I was about 16 or 17. In the beginning, I learned how to play just cover songs, but then shortly thereafter I progressed to creating my own music. There have been many small band projects over the years, including a band called Nightfall and GFD. My last band called Silence the Myth started out in November of 2007. We played about 15 lives shows at many venues including: Sonar, Angels Rock Bar, Otto Bar, The Black Hole, and the Rock and Roll Hotel. The most memorable show was our third show at Sonar where we got to open for the Misfits. I joined up with BREECH in March of 2009 and now we are 10Blade.
